We will quote for international delivery as the Post Office is just next door. We pass on all postage charges at cost price. Tracking is available on all overseas orders, please ask us and we will get you a quote. Our prices shown at checkout are a guide line only. If you are not happy with postage price we can refund in full.
We recommend tracking 21st keys - we can get you a quote for this.
Please note anything over $250.00 has to be sent via tracked post - this is a NZ Post requirement.
Customs Fees or Duties
Customs fees or duties issued by the destination country are payable by the recipient of the order. Any fees or duties are the responsibility of the recipient and cannot be reimbursed by Gifts on Rathbone/Gift Guru.
If the item you wish to purchase is very small please choose the "Special Small Item Courier Bag $5.00". Bag measures 100mm x 100mm approx.
We will advise you if we need more than one courier ticket, normally we are able to box up several items together and save you money on delivery charges.
Insurance (at a cost of $15.00) is strongly recommended on all Jewellery purchases that are being posted.New Zealand Post will no longer pay out on any Jewellery claims that do not have insurance. Items sent without are at the buyers own risk. Please ask us for the best option.
Delivery Time Table Monday - Friday
Whangarei CBD/Whangarei Hospital
All orders received before 1.30 pm guaranteed same day delivery. Please note this is restricted to the central down town business area only and includes Whangarei Hospital.
Northland - generally 1 - 2 days
Rural Delivery - allow 2 - 3 days extra - this service is beyond our control so please order early if your recipient is on the rural delivery service.
Auckland - generally 1 - 2 days
North Island - generally 1 - 2 days
South Island - generally 2 - 4 days
Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time nor day of delivery. We will do our best to meet delivery times, please allow sufficient time for delivery - especially Rural orders.
We are unable to deliver by courier to post boxes. If you must send via Post Box we will get a quote for you from NZ Post.
It does assist couriers if you are able to provide your recipients phone number. Couriers require a signature on delivery so if your recipient is not home they will leave a card.

I have purchased from Gifts On Rathbone on two occasions and both times I have found them to be extremely fast & efficient.
