If the item you wish to purchase is small and you live further south than Auckland please
check with us first as we can often post small gifts at much better rates than courier rates.
Multiply Items
We will advise you if we need more than one courier ticket, normally we are able to box up
several items together and save you money on delivery charges.

Whangarei CBD & Whangarei Hospital
All orders received before 1.30 pm guaranteed same day delivery. Please note this is restricted
to the central down town business area only. This includes Whangarei Hospital.
Whangarei
All orders received before 9.30 am same day service - this service is for areas outside of the
central business district.
Northland - generally 1 - 2 days
Rural Delivery- allow 2 - 3 days extra - this service is beyond our control so please order
early if your recipient is on the rural delivery service.
Auckland - generally 1 - 2 days
North Island - generally 1 - 2 days
South Island - generally 2 - 4 days
Please note we cannot guarantee the exact time nor day of delivery. We will do our best
to meet delivery times, please allow sufficent time for delivery - especially Rural orders.
Post Boxes
We are unable to deliver by courier to post boxes. If you must send via Post Box we will get a
quote for you from NZ Post.
Phone Numbers
It does assist couriers if you are able to provide your recipients phone number. Couriers
require a signiture on delivery so if your recipient is not home they will leave a card.
