It is beautiful and it is exactly what we hoped for.  The size is perfect; not big and clumsy.  You were right, the extra paua inlay adds the wow factor. The engraving in paua is just so lovely.  Our daughter's name is 'Caitlyn Dulcie'  means 'Pure Sweet'.  We know she is going to love and treasure her key.

Hi Michelle and Staff I am absolutely blown away, from the time I emailed and picked the key to be engraved one week out from my sons 21st Birthday (because in the end, I couldn't find anything suitable until I stumbled across giftguru) All my questions, was answered promptly and the service was always courteous and friendly. I live in Auckland, everything was all done promptly and I felt I received the following: Great Service with a smile (I can tell by the tone) On going guidance and advice I received it in Auckland 2 days before my sons birthday (my fault for leaving it late) but all ends well I transferred the amount, which I thought may cover the engraving and I was given back a refund Michelle, if you can put up the photo of the engraved Keyed next to my accolade - It would be fabulous.
